5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,200; to withdraw the bonus amount, ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer is active for a specific period.
• Winnings earned from a bonus must meet the wagering requirement before they can be converted to cash.
• Each bonus offer may generally be claimed once only, unless the offer's terms state otherwise.
• If tk99 finds evidence of bonus terms being violated, it reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Transferring bonus funds to another account, withdrawing them directly, or violating betting limits is prohibited.

5.3 VIP Cashback

tk99's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8%; Gold — up to 1.1%; Platinum — up to 1.5%. Weekly cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Gold-tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week receives ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 cashback.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

A member who wishes to close their own account may submit a written request to customer support. If there is a remaining balance before closure and all wagering requirements have been met, the balance will be returned via the registered payment method.

8.2 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. In this situation, identity verification may be required to recover the account.
